Kelly O'Neal: Veteran actress Kelly O'Neal has explored the artistic challenges of a wide variety of performance media. With professional credits ranging from Shakespeare to experimental theatre (Almost Asleep) to film (Kleptomania) to TV (I'll Fly Away), she has been seen in more places--and in more fictional situations--than a mere mortal should. Further feeding her yen for tragicomic omnipresence, Kelly was an original member of Atlanta's funk extravaganza, Superchick & Goodpussy, and has been a featured singer with such musical groups as the Vidalias and Hound Dog Handsome. Eager to provide conclusive proof of her lack of artistic focus, Kelly also paints. Her work has been exhibited in numerous galleries and graced the covers of several publications, including Wondrous Strange: Tales of the Uncanny and Asheville Poetry Review.
